Sovereign Housing Association and Network Homes have now come together as SNG (Sovereign Network Group). As one organisation we can invest more into maintaining your home and providing services to customers.

We’re working on bringing our services together but, until then, you can continue to use the same contact methods formerly provided by Sovereign and Network Homes - depending on who you previously got in touch with.  

If you need to find out any information about managing your home, raising an enquiry, requesting a repair, making a payment, or for any other service request with us, you’ll need to visit the website for the organisation that used to manage your home.

Unsure where to go?

If your landlord was Sovereign Housing Association before 1 October or if you moved into your home after 1 October and your tenancy or lease agreement is with Sovereign Housing Association Limited, please use the former Sovereign Housing Association website.  

If your landlord was Network Homes before 1 October or if you moved into your home after 1 October and your tenancy or lease agreement is with Sovereign Network Homes, please use the former Network Homes website.
