Survey of SNG telephone lines

Some customers may receive a phone call between mid June and mid July from a company called Segmentation Group, asking where the call has come through to.

It's all part of our response to the Digital Switchover, where UK telecoms companies are upgrading landline services to new digital technology using an internet connection.

If you receive a call (the survey will include checking phone lines in passenger lifts and door entry systems for example), please be assured this is authentic and has been authorised by SNG.
