A legacy that echoes change

Everyone deserves to feel safe and treated fairly in their home. When a property is misused, it can affect not just one household, but the wider community too.

Residents at Knights Quarter raised concerns about persistent ASB that was having a serious impact on their sense of safety and wellbeing at Tristram House.

Lukas was 19 when he moved into supported housing at the Foyer on the Isle of Wight. The Foyer provides emergency accommodation for young people between 16 and 30, who are at risk of homelessness.

Due to her mental health, Lisa had not opened her post since moving into the property and had not paid attention to her finances.

We’ve signed up to the Housing Diversity Network’s (HDN) mentoring scheme. It works by matching people from several housing associations who are at different stages in their career.
