From temporary accommodation to a place to call home

A brand-new home in Loughton, Essex has transformed the life of SNG customer Zubeyde and her family who were previously in temporary accommodation. Their living situation meant she had to put her life and studies to become a residential property lawyer on hold but now Zubeyde is making herself at home while having the security to contemplate the future.

Her new apartment is part of SNG’s first major development in our partnership with Epping Forest District Council as one of their preferred partners in delivering new affordable housing. The Borders Lane scheme will see 107 affordable homes when complete with 65 apartments for Affordable Rent helping families like Zubeyde.
