SNG completes 149 affordable homes in Northolt
Residents are set to move into 16 new affordable rent properties in Dabbs Hill, Northolt marking the completion of SNG’s 149 home development.
The final handover of the scheme, which in total consists of 118 apartments and 31 family sized houses, took place on Tuesday 13 February. All homes are affordable with 128 homes for Shared Ownership and 21 for Affordable Rent.
The site had previously unused for 15 years with the money raised from the land sale going towards supporting the construction of a new building for Northolt High School.
The Dabbs Hill scheme marks the latest investment in the London Borough of Ealing by SNG, who were formerly known as Network Homes, and follows on from the multi-phase Regeneration scheme at Rectory Park in Northolt. There are several other pipeline schemes in the borough which will produce hundreds of new homes in the coming years.
David Gooch, SNG Executive Development of Development (London and Herts), commented: “We’re really pleased to be welcoming new customers into these high-quality affordable homes at Dabbs Hill which we hope will offer them a happy and thriving future. By the end of March, we will have taken handover of over 700 homes in total across London and Hertfordshire for the 2023/24 financial year, 3.5 times as many homes as the previous year.”
