We’re inviting 10 residents to join us for a special workshop to help shape how we work with contractors on building and fire safety.

Why join?
This is your chance to have a real say in how fire safety services are delivered in your home and community.
Together, we’ll:
- Share what matters most to you when it comes to safety and trust
- Help design a set of Customer Standards for our contractors
- Influence how we choose and work with companies delivering fire safety services
These standards will be used in our upcoming Fire Safety contracts and will help shape how we appoint contractors across SNG in the future.
Looking ahead
Although this is a one-off workshop, we’ll also be talking about a new Customer Procurement Group.
This group will become the voice of residents in how SNG procures services – making sure customer views are at the heart of every decision we make.
