We know parking is important, so here’s what you need to know and what you can do.
General parking rules
Not all homes have allocated parking. If your home has a space, we’ll confirm this when you sign up. Some newer developments include allocated spaces, but many do not. Parking is usually first-come, first-served.
If you feel confident to, please speak to your neighbour in the first instance to see if you can work it out. If this is not possible, please get in touch. We’ll check the details and advise you on next steps. We can’t remove vehicles, but we can remind residents about the rules.
We use parking permits to manage some of our estates. If this applies to your home, we’ll let you know how to get a permit.

Disabled parking
Some estates have bays marked for disabled use, but they’re not allocated to individuals and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you need a dedicated disabled bay outside your home, this is managed by your local council, not us.
- Contact your council to apply for a disabled bay or a Blue Badge if you don’t have one.
- The council will check if you’re eligible and decide if a bay can be installed near your home.
- If changes to your property are needed (like a driveway), you’ll need our written permission and possibly planning approval.
Disabled bays on our estates are advisory only and not legally enforceable. We can’t issue fines or remove vehicles.
- If the bay is on a public road: contact your local council - they can take action.
- If the bay is on our estate: we can remind residents to park considerately, but we can’t enforce who uses the space.
