General courtesy
- Please treat fellow residents and our accommodation team with courtesy and respect.
- If you have a disagreement with another resident, try to resolve it calmly together. If that’s not possible, our team is here to help.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can keep everything in good condition.
- Out-of-hours calls should be for emergencies only, such as a total loss of heating/hot water or a water/gas leak.
Security
- Help keep everyone safe by ensuring doors and windows are closed securely when you leave.
- Please don’t let anyone tailgate through secure doors - it protects all residents.
Shared spaces
- Keep your personal belongings in your room and avoid leaving items in hallways, as this can create a fire hazard, any items found blocking fire escape routes, will be removed
- When using shared kitchens, bathrooms, and communal areas, please tidy up after yourself so everyone can enjoy a clean space.
Noise awareness
- Keep noise levels reasonable - Noise can travel easily, so please keep music, TV, and gaming volumes low, especially during quiet hours.
- All residents have a right to sleep in peace, be aware of noise made during the day as others may be sleeping.
