Verbal abuse or harassment is a criminal offence. Please report it to the police immediately. You must also let them know if you are concerned about your safety.
If the perpetrator is an SNG customer, or the household member or visitor of an SNG customer, we’ll consider whether there has been a breach of tenancy/lease and how this should be addressed.
What you can do
- After you’ve spoken to the police, please contact us (ideally by calling us) with an incident report number and the police officer’s name. We’ll then work in partnership with the police to investigate the report and decide what happens next.
