What is Skills 4 Work?
Skills 4 Work is a completely free, 1-2-1 employment support and coaching programme.
It’s open to anyone living in Basingstoke, including non-SNG customers, who are aged 16 and over, not in any paid work and have the right to work in the UK.

With the Skills 4 Work programme, you can develop the skills you need to find the right role for you.
We can offer:
- 1-2-1 support and coaching
- Grants to help fund training and work opportunities
- Support with your CV, job search and interview skills
- Online and face-to-face training and qualification opportunities
- Develop your English, mathematics and IT skills
- Access to IT equipment and digital skills support
- Help with self-employment, business start-up and business resilience
