SNG signs contracts with The Hill Group to deliver 90 social rent homes in Bristol

We've signed a Design and Build contract with The Hill Group to deliver 90 social rent homes on a brownfield site on Bath Road in Brislington, Bristol.

The development will transform the site into a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses. All homes will be available at social rent for people on Bristol City Council's housing register.

Construction is set to begin shortly, with all homes being built to our sector-leading Homes and Place Standard. The scheme will incorporate a range of sustainability and environmental features, including air source heat pumps and solar panels, alongside high-quality landscaping and biodiversity enhancements that will increase the number of trees on the site.

The development will also provide 146 cycle parking spaces and 34 vehicle parking spaces.
