SNG appoints contractors to new Affordable Homes Framework
We've appointed contractors to our new Contractor Framework for Affordable Homes, which came into effect on 1 April.
The framework will support our planned regeneration and high‑rise new‑build programmes, alongside the our £10.9bn, 10‑year investment plan. Through this investment, we aim to deliver 25,000 new homes and regenerate existing communities across the regions in which we operate.
The framework covers all SNG operating regions and is structured around regional value bands for projects valued at:
- Up to £15 million
- £15 million to £45 million
- Over £45 million
In total, the framework comprises 12 lots, with each region also including a Construction Management lot. The successful contractors appointed to the framework are:
