SNG contact centre win Silver UK Contact Centre Forum Award

Congratulations are in order for our London and Hertford Contact Centre team who have won a silver award at the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) awards! 

The UKCCF awards celebrate are a prestigious celebration of outstanding talent within contact centres across the UK. The team won silver in the Small Contact Centre of the Year category, an award recognising a best-in-class small contact centre that has delivered outstanding success in the last 12 months.

Reflecting on this win, Freda Owusu, Director of Customer Contact Centre, said:
