SNG wins Small Contact Centre of the Year

Our London and East Customer Contact Centre has won silver in 2025’s UKCCF Contact Centre Awards. The Hertford based team received the award in the ‘Best Small Contact Centre of the Year’ category with judges recognising them as being one of the best-in-class under 50 seat Contact Centre delivering ‘outstanding success’ in the last 12 months.

The annual awards are organised by the UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) and recognise excellence in the UK contact centre industry for individuals, teams, and companies. They celebrate achievements in areas like customer service, team performance, employee well-being, and use of technology.

The nomination and judging process is rigorous, led by industry experts, and includes both individual and team categories.
