Admin fees for leaseholders and shared owners
If you are a leaseholder or shared owner, there are certain complex requests or queries you may ask us about your lease or home, or as part of a legal process which you may need to pay us a fee for. This is due to the large volume of administrative work they involve. We have recently refreshed our administration fees for leaseholders and shared owners to provide a more consistent service across all the areas we work.
Our list of administration fees can be found below, these charges are inclusive of VAT and will need to be paid before we carry out the work to respond to your request. These charges are not included in your service charges.
Please note, that there may also be additional legal fees associated with some transactions that are not included in the charges below. For example, legal fees for lease extensions or deed of variation. Any applicable legal costs will be confirmed separately by our instructed Legal team as part of your transaction.
