SNG's Tenant Satisfaction Measures results for 2026

We'd like to thank the customers who took the time to share their feedback with us over the past year.

We're pleased to see overall customer satisfaction increase, with improvements across most areas of our service. For repairs and the time taken to complete repairs, satisfaction has increased by more than 6%, reflecting our focus on delivering a faster, more reliable service.

While these results are encouraging, we know there are still areas where we need to do better. Feedback from our customers continues to shape our priorities, and we're committed to building on this progress as we deliver our new five-year plan, focused on better homes, stronger communities and services that are easier to access.
