We took sustained action alongside the police, council and support services. Following legal action and partnership working, we regained possession of the property and addressed the issues, helping to make the building safer for everyone.

You said:

Homes at The Warehouse in Slough were being misused for short‑term lets, which felt unfair and caused concern for residents as this is tenancy fraud. 

We did:

We investigated the issue and took legal action where the tenancy was being used fraudulently for Airbnb lettings. Following a court process, we were granted possession of the property and an unlawful profit order, bringing the misuse to an end. This action helps protect homes, supports fair use of our properties, and shows that we will step in when our homes are misused.
