There are a number of ways that that we may be able to help, including:

  • helping you to make a household budget
  • providing support with managing debt
  • referring or signposting you to specialist advice services
  • exploring employment and training opportunities to increase your income.

If you have a disability, health condition, vulnerability or need additional support to communicate with us, please let us know so that we can discuss any reasonable adjustments that may help.

If you don't contact us or keep to agreed arrangements, we may need to take further action to recover the money owed. However, our priority is always to work with you to find a solution before this becomes necessary.
